DELARIVE

As a dermatologist with a keen interest in technique and aesthetics, she founded the first Matignon clinic in Lausanne in 2007, together with a plastic surgeon.

Today, her pointed knowledge of the impact of hormonal depletion on skin condition and facial contours has led her to develop a range of cosmetics adapted to the needs of women in their forties.

After her academic training, she became clinic director of a Dermatology Department in a Swiss University and is now a FMH-certified specialist in laser technique. After then having been self-employed as a dermatologist for many years, she wanted to devote herself entirely to the Matignon project. Her main motivation was to build a medically significant and reliable project, where it would be possible to meet the demands of patients, offering them a better balance between their appearance and how they feel inside. The gratitude of patients and the impact on their quality of life continues to amaze her every day.

With an impressive 25-year career and as the founder of the Matignon clinic group, a preeminent figure in Swiss aesthetic medicine, Dr. Delarive brings a wealth of experience to her innovative venture. Notably, she has delved into the underexplored intersection of female hormones and skin health, a facet often overlooked in cosmetology.

It originates from plant (Yarrow, Red Clover, and Black Cohosh) extracts comprising isoflavones, triterpene glycosides, and apigenin, mimicking the action of hormones in the skin to reactivate cellular metabolism. 

Two plant-based actives mimic estrogen, and one active acts like progesterone to reignite cellular metabolism, which is crucial for the production of proteins essential for skin health.

These phytohormones work synergistically with the most potent classic anti-aging actives, such as 4th generation retinol, vitamins C and E, or shikonin and counter the effects of skin aging.

A PRESERVED PH VALUE

PH measures the acidity of the skin. The skin is naturally slightly acidic with a natural PH of 5.5, but with age, it becomes more alkaline around 6-6.5. To counteract the natural tendency of skin PH to increase, our formula contains a PH of 4-4.5 to maintain the ideal acidity of young skin.
